Feet and Knees

Friday, September 23 from 5:30 – 7:30pm

Focus on – relief/prevention of bunions, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, cartilage & ligament injuries of the knee, and knee hyperextension.

Upper Back, Neck & Shoulders

Saturday, September 24 from 2:00 – 5:00pm

Focus on – relief/prevention chronic neck & shoulder tension, rotator cuff issues, tennis/golfers elbow, frozen shoulder and carpal tunnel.

Hips and Low Back

Sunday, September 25 from 11:00 – 1:00pm

Focus on – lumbar disk issues, piriformis syndrome, sciatica and sacroiliac joint dysfunction

Fees:
$105 all sessions
$90 early bird price by Sept. 1, 2016
Individual sessions: $35 fri/sun $45 sat
