Yoga for Veterans

Your Instructor: Toni Larson, E-RYT 500hr.

Men’s Yoga class: Monday’s 7am-8am                   Women’s Yoga class: Thursday’s 7am-8am

This class provides a safe place to learn, explore and practice yoga.  Open to all levels

What will be offered in class:

Breathing practices (Pranayama) movement (Asana) guided meditation and Roll & Release (placing balls under different parts of your body to release tension and relieve pain)

Detailed explanations will be provided each time you are in class.  You will have the choice to explore what’s available in your body during your yoga practice.

There will be no touch, candles, or fragrance in this class.

Location: Yoga Indigo 924 NW Brooks St. Suite 102

Parking: Free for the first 2 hours, the parking lot is a cross the ally from the studio.  The studio is located between Cowgirl Cash and Crows Feet Commons bike shop down town.
